The establishment of Torokina's Singapore and Kuala Lumpur offices follows the successful signing of various reseller and services Agreements in both Singapore and Malaysia. Under the terms of these Agreements, Torokina will focus its sales, support and services organisation on the burgeoning Telecommunications and Service Provider market place with a fully integrated Fault, Performance, Change and Service Level Management solution. These Agreements will allow Telecommunications and Service Provider customers in South East Asia a clear choice in the deployment of a best of breed solution to meet their integrated OSS requirements. The customer demand for this capability solidified Torokina's decision for Singapore and Malaysia as the clear choice to extend its worldwide network of regional offices.
